International recording artist Pitbull has lent his signature style to an all-new 2013 Dodge Dart. Now one man holds the key to that one-of-a-kind ride.
Pitbull is known for producing one hit after another and his customized version of the Dart is no exception.
The iHeartRadio Music Festival 2012 in Las Vegas set the stage for one lucky person to drive away with the Dart customized by the superstar.
Prior to the music festival, the Dodge brand and Clear Channel Media and Entertainment teamed up for a nationwide tour focused on music and the all-new 2013 Dodge Dart compact car. People who took test drives during the “Road to Las Vegas” tour or at a dealership were entered into the sweepstakes.
Twelve finalists were given VIP trips to the iHeartRadio Music Festival 2012. The fans were treated to the two-day concert event, a backstage meet-and-greet with Pitbull and a chance to win his one-of-a-kind customized Dodge Dart. Each finalist then took turns seeing if they held the key to the customized compact car.
The lucky winner is Jack Walters of Penfield, New York. His key started the engine of the Pitbull-inspired Dart.
Pitbull is known for his sleek style on the red carpet. His trademark tailored pinstripe suits and classic sunglasses served as the inspiration for the final design. The entertainer collaborated with a team of Chrysler Group designers on the interior and exterior. The result is one very sleek Dodge Dart. The finished product features a high contrast matte white exterior and black roof, custom liquid graphite 18-inch aluminum wheels, and black and pearl white leather and suede interior, complemented by tasteful metals to evoke a classic yet casual sophistication.
The iHeartRadio Music Festival brings together some of the biggest stars in the music industry. The event raises money for a number of national charities.
