Winter Car Care Tips Courtesy of Huffines

It is beginning to feel like winter, and this weekend we are under a Winter Storm Warning here in North Texas.  Expect plenty of sleet and freezing rain tonight and into the weekend, and on behalf of everyone at Huffines we encourage you to stay safe.

We hope all of our friends and family in the terrific North Texas community stays bundled up and warm in this weather.  If you don’t have to go anywhere this weekend it is a good idea to push back the shopping trips and just stay inside and watch some movies next to the fireplace.

And for those of you who do have to drive be extra careful as those roads will be slick!  Be sure to leave extra early so you have plenty of time to take on the ice at a slow and safe pace.

This is the worst time of year to have trouble with your vehicle, so Huffines will be open regular business hours in case you have any trouble.  Our service and body center will be open 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday – Friday and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturday in case you need us.  We’d prefer you to stay safe and inside, but we are there for you when you need it.  Courtesy of Huffines own, Erin Thompson, enjoy this video of some winter car care tips, so you don’t get stranded in this cold weather!
